Mm. Now HERE was a fun model to make and paint! A Tyranid Broodlord for Warhammer 40k, specifically the new badass HQ choice for the Tyranids...and also the only way Genestealers can infiltrate now. Bastards...
I constructed him to appear as a giant tick, with mandibles and all. Thought it appropriate. The design on his back shell wasn't what I had set out to paint; it was to originally be an odd, flowing pattern, but then it just sortuv came out like that on its own, and I'm glad it did.
